The E7B Bypass package is a 3-contactor style bypass, allowing motor operation from either the drive or across the line. This facilitates drive maintenance while the motor continues to operate. The E7 and E7B Bypass have been designed for flexibility in providing the features and options commonly demanded by facility designers.

Custom Engineered Drives require additional engineering time and are supported through custom engineered drawings and documentation. The E7E can provide the features and options demanded by facility engineers. If the standard features and standard options of the E7, E7C, E7L or E7B do not totally fulfill the specification requirements, the Custom Engineered E7E will.

Suggested Use:
Use in Canada or other 600v Service Areas.

This P5 Drive is rated for 600 volt. The drive rated for variable torque applications with current overload rating of 120% for 60 seconds. Standard features include setpoint (PID) control, energy-savings mode, power-consumption monitoring, and harmonic distortion reduction. Ideal applications include fans, pumps, grinders, buffers, centrifuges, and saws.

The E7 Drive is designed exclusively for Commercial HVAC applications. All features are designed for this purpose, including Building Automation communications. Metasys and APOGEE are embedded, LonWorks is a plugin option. The drive is rated for variable torque. Anti-windmilling, motor preheat, energy-savings, and PI setpoint control are standard. Options are available.

The E7C Configured package provides an E7 drive in a NEMA 1 or NEMA 12 enclosure, with space for several commonly used options, such as reactors, RFI filters, circuit breakers, etc.

The E7 drive has embedded communications for the popular building automation protocols, Johnson Controls Metasys N2 and Siemens APOGEE FLN, as well as Modbus. An optional LonWorks interface card is also available.

Suggested Use: Motor Operation on Drive or Line.

The E7L Bypass package is a 2-contactor bypass with HOA touchpad control, allowing motor operation from either the drive or across the line. This allows continued operation even if the E7 drive is disabled, by fault or intention. Drive maintenance must be delayed until line power can be removed. The E7 and E7L Bypass have been designed for flexibility in providing the features and options commonly demanded by HVAC designers.
